Last year we had a successful fundraising year raising money through School Fairs, quizzes, kids discos and a barn dance. This money has supported a range of activities in school including supporting school trips, paying for IT equipment and resources for both in school learning and learning at Forest School. Thanks to all those who helped especially the class reps and our outgoing Chair Faydra Mitchell and Outgoing Secretary Lyndsey O'neill

We also have a Voluntary Fund.  The fund has been put in place to allow those people who are able to and would like to support the school in some way but find it difficult, due to other time commitments. These parents can donate through the PTA either personally or through a give as you earn scheme.  It is intended to supplement the work of the PTA which, in addition to fundraising, also organises fun events for children and brings the community together. The PTA will also provide volunteers to support staff led events.

You can be a member of the PTA if you either have a child at school or you work in the school. There is no need to fill in an application form just come along to a meeting (your membership is automatic) and get involved in our vibrant PTA.

Thank you for your support over the last year.

Other Fundraising Initiatives

Does your employer match fund?

Many companies operate Fund Matching schemes whereby monies raised through charitable events have been matched by them.  This has the potential to provide a huge source of income for the PTA and it usually only means that you have to help out for a short while at one event (sometimes you don't even have to do that!).  For full details of match funding, and a list of participating companies, follow this link.  If you are able to help us in this way, please contact Sally Woods with details.
